Health and Safety Update

We care about our residents, our team members and our clients. In the interest of health and safety amidst the growing COVID-19 outbreak, Sunrise Management has temporarily closed leasing offices to the public, urging residents to pay rent and make emergency maintenance requests on line. We have also closed all non-essential onsite amenities, including gyms and pools, business centers and clubhouses. Moreover, we are following the very strictest sanitation procedures and are not allowing package deliveries at our leasing offices – residents must have packages sent directly to their apartment or to another location (Amazon, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.).  Most importantly, we ask residents to safely distance themselves from neighbors while using essential areas/amenities such as laundry care centers, mail rooms, and dog parks. Prospective residents may tour our communities virtually and may also submit applications and sign leases digitally. We are here for you, just a call or email away. Stay well everyone.

We’re Virtually Open!

While our offices are temporarily closed, we are still open virtually. Residents may communicate with us via phone and email, and we are meeting with prospects via various video chat options for tours. Business is still carrying on, but in a slightly different way. It’s nice to virtually meet you!
